I talked with Craig prior to the appointment and he explained the procedure to me I had everything I needed when I arrived.Craig gave me undivided attention for 3 hours.

New saddle, and he adjusted the height. Also adjusted the distance of the handle bars. And he put washers on the pedals so I would not hit the heal of my shoe on the frame. He also adjusted the pitch of the brake levers improving my grip.

Prior to the fit I was riding in pain to the point of giving riding up. Now I ride in comfort and look forward to my next ride.

I am sure there was much more to the process than the things above.
