Really enjoyed the approach of going neutral and then working from there. Also liked that Craig acknowledged my complaints on the saddle but wasn’t sidetracked away from finding the root cause. The saddle stayed on the bike and is just fine after the fit.

The Retul System and Craig’s knowledge was far greater than what I had in the past. Previous fit was 2002 so technology was not as advanced but the key was Craig’s ability to interpret the results combined with my complaints about current fit to land on something that worked.
